The creators of Half-Life have confirmed that the RTS Dota 2, will be shown at Gamescom and will be released on PC and Mac around 2012.
Valve will also host a tournament called “The International” in Cologne, Germany during the Gamescom which will put 16 teams head-to-head for a chance to win a million dollars.
“The International will be the first public event dedicated to Dota 2 and allow the world’s best players to compete for USD1,000,000.00.” said Gabe Newell.
