Apple’s next-generation iPhone will launch in June, according to a recruiter working at Foxconn factory in China.
The recruiter was filmed speaking about the iPhone 5 by Japanese TV Tokyo’s World Business Satellite program. When asked how many people the factory is going to hire, the Foxconn recruiter said: “We’re looking for 18,000 employees… for the fifth-generation phone.”
When asked if he meant the iPhone 5, the recruiter replied: “That’s right. It will come it in June.”
