The M425DW's specs sheet reveal a middle-of-the-pact print speed of 33ppm though scan resolution is the same s the majority of the other models tested. What is more interesting though, is HP's mobile printing solution, HP ePrint. With HP ePrint, users an attach documents to an email and send it to the printer's unique email address; the printer then automatically prints any documents sent to that email address. Of course, this requires that the M425DW is hooked up to a network with internet access. In fact, the printer is able to act as a wireless access point, so you can connect your tablet or mobile phone directly to the printer's wireless network and print your documents. Unlike most of the laser multifunction printers, the M425DW sports a 3.5-inch touchscreen instead of a control panel full of physical buttons so if you're a fan of smaller, less complicated control panels, then the HP M425DW control panel might do it for you.
