How To Disable Outlook.com Junk Filter

Unfortunately, to disable spam filter completely in Outlook.com is currently not available.

But don't worry, there is a workaround.

Here's what you need to do:

1.  Sign in to your Outlook.com account
2. Select the gear icon located on the upper right corner of the page.
3. Click More mail settings.
4. Under Customizing Outlook, select Rules for sorting new messages.
5. Click New.
6. Select To or CC line
7. Select contains
8. On the next box, enter your Outlook.com email address
9. Under Step 2: What action do you want to apply? select move to Inbox
10. Save

Done.
