If you’ve got a chance to call yourself the thinnest and lightest Ultrabook in the market, you take it, and market the heck out of it because when it comes to Ultrabooks, the title holder will keep changing. For now, the holder of the title is the Toshiba Portege Z830. With a thickness of just 16mm and weighing an amazing 1.12 kg, the Z830’s biggest trump card is its wide array of business security and connectivity features that let it feel right at home in any corporate environment. Unfortunately it’s got a few physical flaws which hold it back, namely the flimsy feeling magnesium alloy body, and a tiny non-clickable conventional but sensitive track pad.
