The poster child of the Ultrabook movement, is a machine that must be slim, and at the same time aesthetically pleasing. Having been revealed during CES 2011, the Asus Zenbook was slightly late to the Ultrabook party, but it arrived in all-aluminum style, making the wait almost worth it. The very strong and robust brushed aluminum body of the Asus Zenbook UX31 is something which you have to feel to believe because no picture will do it justice. The UX31 also comes with a 1600x900 pixel resolution display that is higher that the 1366x768 pixel resolution found on most Ultrabooks out in the market. The only issue for us would be the extremely shallow (but stylish) chicklet keys, as well as a clickable track pad that is less sensitive than we’d like it to be.
