Apple just upgraded its most popular line of computers, the iMac with a new version much more powerful and faster.
The new iMac comes with a quad-core processor, the Thunderbolt data transfer technology, video conferencing program FaceTime, and a high definition camera.
According to Apple, the new iMac is 70% faster than its predecessor with improved graphics up to 3 times faster and better resolution.
The price of the new iMac starts at $1,199 for a model with 21.5-inch screen, Intel 2.5 GHz Core i5 and 500 GB hard drive. The most expensive model costs $1,699 and it comes with a 27-inch screen, an Intel 3.1 GHz i5 and 1TB hard drive. Apple also gives you the opportunity to add more power to your iMac, you have the option to increase your RAM (DDR3) and your hard disk drive capacity for an additional cost.
